WHAT IS A BESPOKE SESSION?
In the world of photography, a bespoke session stands out as something truly special. Unlike traditional, pre-set packages or family style photography, a bespoke session is a complete personalised experience designed to reflect who the subject truly is whilst maintaining a curated yet premium quality. It is finding your vision and your story. It’s not just about taking photos, it’s story telling. It’s a personalised photography experience like no other.
What Does “Bespoke” Mean?
The word bespoke simply means “custom-made” or “tailored to you.” In photography, this refers to a creative process that adapts to your unique personality, needs, and style. Every aspect of the session, from planning, to shooting, to the final output, is crafted for you.
Whether you're looking for timeless portraits, or something more conceptual and artistic, a bespoke session gives you the freedom to make it your own. A bespoke session is collaborative, intentional, and flexible. It gives you the opportunity to co-create something meaningful with your photographer that is curated with purpose. In a world full of fast content and phone photos, a bespoke session is a chance to slow down and be seen. It’s a creative experience that feels just as good as the final images look.
Above is one of Michelle’s personal favourites, Ezster and Lily. “I absolutely loved this shoot for so many reasons. Eszter was very much open to creative ideas and collaboration, which made the whole experience flow beautifully. She and her lovely daughter Lily embraced the vision fully and they brought the most stunning pieces to photograph! This image was inspired by many conversations regarding antique vintage dolls, classical sculptures, and fore mostly honouring tradition. Here they are, looking majestic in their traditional Hungarian dress. And I believe this is what encapsulates what bespoke session are about!”
